PRIVATE SUPPORT You may email, or connect with Lela Davidson on Voxer, if you’ve got a question about your Portfolio design. Responses to emails and Voxer will be made within 48 hours.

PARTICIPANT-CONTRIBUTED CONTENT You agree that your participation in the Program confers upon you no rights to use, ownership or copyright. You release Archer Media, LLC. and Lela Davidson, and their employees, agents, and assigns from all liability which may arise from any and/or all claims by you or any third party in connection with your participation in the Program. You understand that Archer Media, LLC, and Lela Davidson have the unlimited rights to edit, use, broadcast or sell any ideas that Participants contribute to the Program. (This does NOT mean that Archer Media, LLC and Lela Davidson can sell or use your ideas for your platform, body of work, personal brand, or personal portfolio. This is strictly for if you - the Participant - contribute an idea to Portfolio.)

PAYMENT Enrolling in the Program The cost for the Program is eight hundred ninety-seven dollars ($897.00) If for some reason your payment cannot be processed successfully, your account shall be suspended until the payment is received. In addition, should you fail to make any payments required under this section, Archer Media, LLC reserve the rights to recuperate such payments through any and all means necessary, including through a lawsuit or through the use of third party collection firms. If it is necessary to pursue payment through these methods, Archer Media, LLC is entitled to also recuperate any fees spent on collection efforts. Refund Policy: There are no refunds for Portfolio.

Right to Terminate Membership: Archer Media, LLC may, in its sole discretion, terminate a member’s membership if that member displays any conduct which is disruptive, abusive, threatening or otherwise offensive to other members, or any employee, contractor or discussion moderator of Archer Media, LLC, whether that conduct occurs on a phone call, email, or in the private Facebook group, etc. No refund shall be issued to a member whose membership is terminated under this provision. If a member’s membership is terminated, that member shall not be permitted to re-enroll in the Program at a future date.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Our Limited License to You. Any all the materials available through the Program (the “Materials”) are the property of Archer Media, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Materials are provided solely for your personal non-commercial use. You may not use Materials in a manner that constitutes an infringement of Archer Media, LLC’s. rights or that has not been authorized by the company. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in these Terms of Service or by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the Materials. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

All information provided by Lela Davidson under the Program or provided by you to Lela Davidson is confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties. This confidentiality applies to the Portfolio Facebook group, virtual live-group meetings, call replays, emails, and Voxer texts and audios. If confidential information is provided in a setting involving Lela Davidson and other Members of the Program, all such information is to be kept confidential. What happens in the Program, stays in the Program.
